Thanks to the following who responded:

        Ollie Eriksson
        Alan Rollow
        Dr. Tom Blinn

Dr. Tom Blinn suggested getting the support center involved. The problem
turned out to be a lost bit in the b cache on the CPU module. Nothing to
worry about unless it continues to occur.
