The printer accounting information deposited to the file
specified by the af parameter in /etc/printcap seems a
bit sparse, it being of the form
<accounting figure> <nodename>:<username>
eg
2.00 node.wmin.ac.uk:jones
Is it possible to obtain more information on what has been printed
out eg job name, date/time, process id?
