My question was:

> I have the following poroblem. I have installed C2 Security
> on my AS2000/400 running DU 3.2 C. All seems to be ok, except
> at and batch jobs. Jobs are only executed for root.
> Ordinary user can execute at/batch command but nothing happens.

Here is the solution:

>1. The umask in /etc/csh.login
>2. Check to see if /var/adm/cron/at.deny has no names
>3. Check and make sure that /var/adm/cron has .proto files as well

and

>C2 sets a user's umask to 077 if it's not explicitly set in their
>startup files. You must have a umask of 022 to do 'at' or 'batch'
>jobs. Do a 'umask 022' immediately before the 'at' command and that
>will probably work. If it works, make sure 'umask 022' is in the >user's .profile or .cshrc.

I added umask 022 to /etc/csh.login and /etc/profile. At and batch
are again my best friends.

Thanks.
