Hello,
I'm getting back to a problem I encountered last October when we first
converted to an Alpha 2100. When adding users through XSysAdmin, after
I added approx. 75 (don't remember exact number) it began to truncate the
group in the groups file. I called DEC support, they said it was an
editor problem. To get around it, they told me when I add a new user to
put them in a different group and edit the /etc/group file by hand. Has
anyone else encountered this? It's really cumbersome to add the person to
a dummy group and then go edit the file.
