FSCK problems

OSF Managers -

Recently I noticed on one of my systems that the root file system shows
92% full when it actually is only 78% full. I ran an "fsck -y" and it
fixes some problems. Then it tells me that it could not update the "HOT
ROOT" and instructs me to Reboot Immediately. I rebooted a few times, but
the problem does not go away. If any one has seen this or knows how to
resolve it please let me know.

Thanks,
