Is the alpha-osf-managers list still active?

Dear alpha-osf-managers list:

I have not been getting any mail on this list for the last two days or so.
I had assumed maybe my address was removed because my machine was down
for 2 days for an upgrade to Digital Unix 4.0, so I proceeded to
re-subscribe to the list yesterday. Apart from the confirmation, however,
I have been getting nothing from the list. Is the list still working?
or is my e-mail system screwed up somehow?
