[Q] Where is dia for D-Unix 3.2x systems

Hi, admins.
I searched the archives, but cannot find reference to this.
I thought DecEvent was available for 3.2x systems. If so, where
would I find the installation subset?

(I have the install set for V4.0. Can I use that one on a 3.2 system?)
