Help compiling DHCP/BOOTP CMU server

If anyone has had any success compiling this software (version 3.3.7) on
DEC Unix 3.2G, I'd love to hear from you.

Again, this is the DHCP/BOOTP SMU server version 3.3.7.
You can get it from ftp.net.cmu.edu:/pub/dhcp.
