telnet and internet alpha server s/w

Hi managres,
We have a problem with the telnet after we installed the internet alpha
server software.We can't telnet to the server , the clients get
disconnected immidiatly after the connection established despite that we
did permitted to every one to do the telnet from the internet alpha
server s/w.
Hope that anyone can help.
