Summary [dxsysinfo crashes alpha 3000s]

Traced the problem down to /dev/tty00 and /dev/tty01 being configured
as "ace" serial devices instead of the correct "scc" serial devices.
Ran sizer on one of the systems to verify the type of device, and
created the correct versions of tty00 and tty01. dxsysinfo no longer
crashes.
