I posted a while back, asking for input for "off the shelf" SIMMS for our
Alphaserver 1000/266 running 3.2d

I purchased 256MB of 16MB SIMMS from a local reseller, and installed them
last week. So far, no errors, and no problems. The majority of the
people that replied agreed that "off the shelf" SIMMS would work fine.
Three vendors were often mentioned:
Dataram (www.dataram.com)
Goldenram (www.goldenram.com)
Kingston (www.kingston.com)
Our local reseller just happened to have Goldenram, so that is what we
purchased.
