Hi all,
we are running DU 3.2d (with some patches) on 2AS 1000 4/266. We
have strange problems with 'freezing' (i.e. no one is able to log-in (form
console of via net), system responds to ping, system is able to fork inetd
(as a response to remote connection request) but nothing more) of both
systems. The only possible solution is reboot the system :-((
Both systems are installed identically (except different NIC modules - ATM
vs. FDDI) with /usr filesystem mounted remotely from server (we are running
another workstations with similar configuration and without such
problems).
Problems are probably related to CPU load (no freeze during weekends), but
there is no significant load and/or memory requirements at the 'freezen'
time.
Does someone has any similar experience??
