I am the System Administrator at a college and want to stop the users from
being able to change the GECOS information in the password file. I am
running Digital UNIX version 3.2c and will soon be up to 4.0b. I have made
the chfn function non-executable but I can still make the change with the
password -f command.
thank you in advance.
