Oracle tkprof problem with 7.3.2.1

hello there,

   We are currently running 7.3.2.1 on 8200 DU 3.2f and are experiencing
   core dumps with TKPROF. Oracle said that we needed to get the
   development license and relink Oracle. We did that, but still getting
   the core dump when running TKPROF on a trace file.

   In the past we run TKPROF on Oracle 7.1.6 with no problems.

   Are we missing any subsets?
