Patch-kit 0001 and 4100

     Hi,
     
     Just installed patch-kit 0001 for DU 3.2g
     
     (DUV32GAS00001-19970328) in documentation
     (DUV32GAS00001-19970501) on tar file from Digital
     Dont know what name is right.
     
     
     
     After installing this patch, my 4100 systems keep crashing with the
     following panic string and stack trace.
     
      "delete_pv_entry: mapping not in pv_list"

       3 pmap_enter
       4 kmem_stack_alloc
       5 stack_alloc
       6 thread_create_internal
       7 procdup
       8 newproc
       9 fork1
      10 fork
      11 syscall
      12 _Xsyscall
     
     
     The 2100 seem to run allright, Today I will install on 1000A's.
     
     
     Anyone heard of this before?
     
     
     
     
     PS: The "dupatch" utility is nice...
