Jukebox license not installed properly.

When running jb_config or jbm_enabler, I get the following error message:
 RPC error, JukeBox lmf license is not installed properly. Running DU4.0b
2100 5/300, KZPSA, DWZZA, TLZ887.
Just loaded SCSI CAM, made device mc13b and reloaded the TIER1 Jukebox
license QL-04UAL-3B. My local pioneer rep told me the TLZ887 is a tier1
device. Also, the tier1 license I received was a freebie that DEC sent.
I also have a NAS200 license.

Any ideas?
