One of our 255/233s is have severe CPU exceptions. It reports D-cache error
on both loads and stores, about once a day.

I can give Decevent output, logs, etc to show this along with registers
contents, and all that other good stuff.

Is there a way to conclusively indentify the problem as on-chip cache, 2nd
level cache, or a SIMM?

Also, is there some kind of exhaustive memory exerciser for Alphas running
DU? So I can determine SIMMS, cache or whatever.
