SUMMARY: Setup line printer

My original question is lpr generates error message like,
        lpr: cannot chown /usr/spool/qms1/tfA015nevish
although I setup the printer exactly followed the steps in online document.

I got exactly one reply from Wing-lok Lee <lee_at_rtp3.med.utah.edu>.

My /usr/bin/lpr and /bin/lpr both are set to
        -rwx--x--x 1 root system 49152 Jul 24 1995 lpr
But problem remains.
