I am using Netscape 1.12 that comes on the Internet Server to create a
number of virual www servers. That seemed to work fine so far until recently
that I get the following error when I create a new server.
startup: listening to 195.14.130.247, port 80 as nobody
daemon: unable to fork new process (Operation would block)
Any ideas what is wrong?
