C - Source Code for PPP TCP/IP or Dynamic Routing

I desperately try to find ANSI C-source code for
1) TCP/IP implementation
2) Dynamic routing

Programs that do not have deamon-like structure will be even more usefull.
Also, is anybody aware of any OSF 1.2 implementations - amongst the many
proposals for dynamic routing?
