I want to thank all of the people who sent me information to try
to help in me in figuring out acls. Many of the answers given I had
already tried and some were just requests to post the correct answer on
how to use acls when I figured it out. The right answer was given by
Larry Scott USG. He suggested that I need to reconfigure my kernal with:

   option DEC_ACL

This was in fact the problem that I overlooked. I appreciate your help.
I have successfully tested ACL and they work wonderful.

I will now proceed to inform any of you out there that may be
unfamliar with ACLs. ACLs is a way in which you can set the file
permisions of a file to specific people in specific groups. The two basic
commands you need to know are getacl and setacl. The getacl displays the
file permissions for a specific file. The setacl sets new accesses for
specific users or groups or both. If anyone has any questions you can
email me or you can check our online manual which is what I refer to.

        Thanks again.
