ftpd patch

I cannot find the ftpd security patch as mentioned in the recent CERT
Advisory for DU 4.0B. I get to
ftp://ftp.service.digital.com/public/dunix/v4.0b/ but cannot find the
patch SSRT0448U_v40b.tar . I did find the patch in the v4.0 directory.
Can I use it to patch V4.0b?
