Help on a VRC21-ha

This is kinda off topic but it is connected to my alpha

I have a vrc21-ha and I can't find the manual so I can't seem to figure out how
to use the lights and buttons to set the dammn thing up.

Anybody got the manual or any insight on how to set the thing up
