I have this persisting problem which is described here in this report I would highly appreciate
if anyone could interpretate the error messages or shed some light on this problem.
Technical fault report for DEC ALPHA 1000 installed with Windows NT version 4
SERVER MAKE: DEC ALPHA
SERVER MODEL: ALPHA 1000
OPERATING SYSTEM: MICROSOFT NT 4
MEMORY: 128MB
FAULT OCCURED:
No error symptoms are noted while booting the server. All aplications start running fine and remote user are also logged on.
After a few applications are run simultaneously the server just reboots automatically, and randomly noting a faulty error which is not always identical.
No errors are logged in the "NT Event Viewer"

The first message was only reported once but the second message was viewed several times.
Tests tried by our Engineers
First we suspected in the Microsoft Windows NT installation so we formatted the NT system partition and re-installed the software. The server still re-booted automatically while using any application, and randomly reported the second error message faulty.
Hence we suspected in the video card because NT version 4.0 was not dedecting the proper driver for the on-board card and was not indicated in the NT Hardware compatibility list. So, we disabled the on-board card thorough the jumper and installed an EISA Compaq Qvision video card which is listed in the Hardware compatibility test. The server still shown the same error symptoms, rebooting automatically while using any application.
No further tests where done, the server is in presently in a non operational state, and we highly appreciate assistance.
