Thanks go to "Kevin Oberman" <oberman_at_es.net> who responsed to
my query regarding Lame delegation in my daemon.log.
My sincere apology to those whose mail clients could not understand
S/MIME.

ANSWER:
Kevin pointed out that it is standard BIND notification during foreign
domain lookup:

There is no reason to concern about these messages. He mentioned that
there is a latest release of BIND at (
http://www.isc.org/bind.html)
Since the message logged was not critical, I have no intention of
updating BIND,
therefore I can't comment on the process or any other associated issues
involved.
Sincerely,
Loi Huynh.
