SUMMARY: Installation of PMAZC-AA

The solution:

The card was being recognized by the operating system. Our confusion
was due to the fact that the system was running version OSF 2.0 and the
controller was specified as "asc" instead of "scsi" in the configuration file.
The disk device ended up as rz17c.
