SUMMARY: GCC-2.7.2.2 & 4.0B

Thanks all for the many prompt responses! I now have gcc built - with
basically 3 different reply types.

1. Install makeinfo from the texinfo package

2. Remark out all lines with MAKEINFO in them in the Makefile

3. Use make -k install.

I will post a complete summary of getting both gcc & libg++ installed
after I complete the libg++ part if someone thinks it useful.
