Hmm. I've grabbed the latest (duv40bas00004-19970609) 4.0b jumbo patch,
and have been playing with it and dupatch prior to actually bringing the
guinea-pig machine down and patching. When I do the "pre-install", many of
the patches I'd like to use (including the big libc one) complain that this
or that subset (UUCP for the libc) isn't installed. They're right, of
course, but I _want_ it that way - can I get the patch installed anyway (is
there a "Just Do It" flag)? Will "setting a baseline" help?
