Converting lsm stripe set to advfs?

My news spool is 3 29b's striped together with lsm. I may need to change
this soon. Is there any way that these volumes can be "converted" to
advfs without having to backup and restore? (Yes, I know, the news
turnover is fast enough that I don't need to wrry about saving it...
but...)
