Call for help

one of my alpha's (an AlphaStation 600, DU 3.2) has locked the following
error in the xconsole window :

an uerf told me, that there were 7 events of those processor-errors.

They all look like :
********************************* ENTRY 1.
*********************************

----- EVENT INFORMATION -----

EVENT CLASS ERROR EVENT
OS EVENT TYPE 100. CPU EXCEPTION
SEQUENCE NUMBER 7.
OPERATING SYSTEM DEC OSF/1
OCCURRED/LOGGED ON Mon Jun 23 00:15:12 1997
OCCURRED ON SYSTEM herzberg
SYSTEM ID x0005000F
SYSTYPE x00000000

----- UNIT INFORMATION -----

UNIT CLASS CPU

For me it looks like a hardware error.

What to do ?

Thanks for help
