missing acl.h file

Hi,

I have just installed DU 4.0B and I need to recompile a program that
uses prot.h. Then the compiler complains about a missing acl.h file,
which is the header file for Access Control List feature. I have looked
for this file in another machine which also runs DU 4.0B and it also
doesn't have it. Is it an optional package?
