Diagnostic LEDS on a splitted BA356 shelf

Hi,

We have a BA356 shelf (with a 8 bit I/O module) that is "splitted" and
shared between two servers. The shelf has two power supplies.

We noticed that the leds on the power supplies indicate a malfunction of
some sort (even tough the shelf and its device seem to operate nicely,
except for a CAM error packet + SCSI bus reset occuring on each server upon
bootup)

Here is the configuration of the leds on both power supplies:

        0 0 (Note: 1 = lit, 0 = not lit)
        1 1

According to the F manual, this indicates that there is a problem with the
shelf blowers and to look at the personality module to determine which
blower is failed, the personality module shows NO failed blower.

When the shelf has only one power supply, the leds on the single power
supply still indicates an error like this:

        0
        1

Does anyone have a similar setup, and if so, can you tell me how your leds
look like and what might be the problem ?

                                        Thanks !
