approving moderated group messages??

I know this is pushing the charter, but I'm in a bind. I'm running inn
1.4unoff3 on a DU box and have the need to set up a locally moderated
newsgroup. Can some one let me in on the "incantation" to actually
approve a post and get it into the newsgroup? I have the group defined in
moderators and it sent a test message to the appropriate person. I just
need to know how to get it into the group?
