SUMMARY:Strange problem using pvm on Digital UNIX

Hi,

Thanks to Alastair McKinstry <alastair_at_ilo.dec.com> who gave
me the solution of this problem :

.profile is not automatically sourced by ksh. Please try placing the
ulimit commands in the file .pvmprofile, and see if this works.

I put
 
ulimit -d 1048576
ulimit -s 32768

in the .pvmprofile file on all three machines, and now
everything seems to be working fine.
