Dear friends,
I think somebody has asked this before but I didn't manage to find the
relevant summary.
I am running Digital Unix 3.2d with C2.
A little while ago one of the file systems on this machine reports the
following when the command "ls" is executed:
./dir1 not found
./dir2 not found
./dir3 not found
./dir4 not found
./dir5 not found
where dir? are the directory names that I had on this disk. In other words
the system knows that those directories used to exists but it cannot find them!
What can I do in order not to lose any data and resolve this problem.
Thanks in advance
Costas A. Makris
