Thanks to everyone who responsed. My original question was how to
startup ther netscape and admin. servers. The answer is

The server is:
/usr/netscape_root/netscape_server/start
Where netscape_root is the root directory that you have chosen for the
netscape installation, and netscape_server is the netscape server name
that you've chosen. The administrative server is:
/usr/netscape_root/start-admin
But you really should not leave the administrative server running as
this creates an exposure that someone would crack the username/password
and have administrator access to your server.
