I think the following ftpd will work on DU4.0 (at least they
use at ftp.funet.fi...). I haven't tried it.

There is a summary in the archives that explains how to do this. The
sublect is "SUMMARY: Wu-ftp, DEC Unix, Enh. C2 Security" sent by Michael
Downs on the 10 Mar 1997. I follow the instructions and it actually worked ;-)
