Hi manangers,

The solution to my problem is :
1) df -ki
   * Check the free inode
2) backup the own file system
3) newfs -i 2048 rzXc
   * by estimation, 2048 seems to serve us good
4) restore data to the new file system

Many thanks to the helpful responds from :

Robert L. McMillin
Alan Rollow

Jim Belonis
Eugene Chu
Hannu Visti
J. Henry Priebe Jr.
Wesley Darlington
Markus Diezi
Michael Matthews
Rainer Freis
and anyone if I missed in the above list.
