Ok, so I decide I wouldn't bother mucking around with the partitions. I
simply filled in the date and other stuff, and click on Setup Done.
I proceeded along until I got this on a blue screen:
disklabel: ictl DIOCSDINFO: Open partition would move or shring
Use alternate partition
The installation procedure cannot prepare the system disk for new
boot block.
'disklabel' diagnotic:
...then that's it, no actualy diagnostic information. I had Alpha-Linux
installed on this box, which is why I wanted to redo the partitions.
However, I'm not sure how to get beyond this point. I'm assuming I need
to run disklabel by hand, but I can't seem to get it to do anything. It
always gives me the error from above about using an alternate partition.
The disk is a RZ26L. Can anyone help me out here?
