first I must thank to everybody who answered me yesterday. I' ll put a
Summary in the list ASAP.
now I have a question:
Each time I try to run the code say with 10^6 cells
I get the following error message:
2078:./blast: /sbin/loader: Fatal Error: set_program_attributes failed to
set heap start
The machine I was using is alpha 500 MHz with 2Gb swap and 1Gb RAM.
How can I avoid this problem?
