DE500 fast etherworks pci and DUX32

Hello,

I am trying to install DE500 network card
(Fast Etherworks PCI 10/100 ) . No success still !
Config: DEC unix 3.2d, axppci33 motherboard.
The same network card works on intel box with w95 and
on the same axppci33 motherboard with WNT3.51 !

HOW I can make it run under dux?
