PC equivalent of CAP for DEC Alpha?

I know this is probably more of a generic UNIX question but I want to put
this on a whole bunch of alphas so here goes...

Most of us are familiar with CAP, the Australian maintained software that
can be used to advertise UNIX printers in Mac appletalk zones, as well as
provide access to Mac printers via lpd. Anyway does anybody in this esteemed
forum know of an equivalent package for handling printers between the UNIX
and PC (specifically Win95) worlds? Thanks in advance.
