Has anyone had complaints regarding 1.44mb formatted disked created
by the 2.88mb drive. We have a client who is having difficulty reading
our
diskettes (our PC does not). Just wondering if there was a problem
writing
1.44 format on a 2.88 drive, similar to the old problem of writing a 360k
disk
on a 1.2m 51/4 drive (Which seems to have been eliminated on the new
drives)
The diskettes are HD diskettes (1.44 type). Some have been new others
recycled.
At present we have not been able to test whether we can re-read these
problem disks (Not all the disks are problematic).
