DU 4.0a
I am having problems getting netsetup to accept a class B netmask.
When I enter 255.255.0.0 at a netsetup prompt it says that entry is invalid.
I tried changing rc.config, and netsetup works, but everything acts like
the class C netmask is still active.
bash# ifconfig tu0
tu0: flags=c63<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,MULTICAST,SIMPLEX>
inet 192.168.1.200 netmask ffffff00 broadcast 192.168.1.255 ipmtu 1500
Any ideas?
Thanks
