Problems with queues on Digital 4.0b

Hi:

I am having problems with my instalation (Digital Unix 4.0b, 3 processors 5/375, 768 Mb. Ram, 16 Gb capacity on hard disks and using Informix v.7.22 FC4).

The problem is that I send jobs to the queues a,e and f (I modified the /usr/lib/cron/queuedefs in order to each queue process only 2 programas at the same time), but these don´t work ok, they are processing more than 2.
