CAM SCSI Error Event

My hard drive has just recently started acting up. It seems as though
it is resetting itself. The system seems ok through this. UERF reports
the following unit information on a CAM SCSI ERROR EVENT:

CLASS x0022 DEC SIM
SUBSYSTEM x0000 DISK
BUS # x0000
                              x0008 LUN x0
                                        TARGET x1

What can be causing this?
