DB performance with DU 4.0b and Informix v.722

Hi:

I am using INFORMIX DSA v. 7.22 on my ALPHA SERVER with DU 4.0b, and I have problems with the shared memory, users that connect via shared memory are very slow, instead users that connect via sockets which are 3 times faster.

Does anyone have an idea of what is happening?
