Hello SysAdmins,

I've got a 2000 axp that won't boot. I get the following error, even
when I boot from CDROM:

cdisk_init: can't probe xpt
panic(cpu0): vfs_mountroot cannot mount root
syncing disks

I can't go really far when I can't even boot from the CDROM.

The setup is simple:

DKA0 /usr on c partition (Con 0, targ. 0)
DKA100 / on a partition (Con 0, targ. 1)
        swap on b partition
DKA400 cdrom (Con 0, targ. 4)

DU 4.0B is currently installed and I'm trying to boot from DU 4.0B CDROM.

TIA.

To err is human, but to really mess things up you need a
   computer.
