255/300 Crashes

I have a fairly new 255/300 that has been crashing every couple of
days. Of the three most recent crashes, all indicated Alpha PC Machine
Check 0x660, which from what I've heard means hardware failure. The crash
dumps show these two different machine check codes that supposedly
identify the problem. Does anyone know what these mean?

crash-data.0: mchk_code = 0x205
crash-data.1: mchk_code = 0x205
crash-data.2: mchk_code = 0x201

Tip to anyone at Digital:

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know, there is no
documentation which lists these codes and their meanings for various
systems. Is there some reason this needs to be kept secret? I really
don't want to call field service every time this happens, just to find out
what happened, then have them order something, and come back again.

Thanks,
