Disabled account

We have a DEC Alpha server located in a remote facility - administration
is mostly done using telnet. One user's account has become disabled due
to excessive unsuccessful login attempts.

Isn't there a way to re-enable an account using terminal commands since
the CDE is not available?

I really don't feel like driving all the way over there to use the
console.
